No customer service, over a week waiting verification, waiting for payout

Saturday, before last (09/23/23) I was asked to verify, as usually needed, to collect my winnings. They said it would be 3-5 days and I've sent the proper documents, twice or three times now, and it's been over a week. I also went through everything I accepted and agreed to and I don't see any problems on my end. My user name is Annie1111. Can anyone please help?

Hi, can I start by asking you about which casino you are talking about ? I understand that if the casino gives you a deadline for account verification and doesn't meet it, it doesn't make you feel comfortable and it may not be a problem on your side at all. However, it is a very important process for the casinos and I would like to point out that we give them 14 days to do it. 

Has the casino responded within KYC what is the problem if the documents are not yet accepted ? 

Anyway, I think it would not be a bad idea to wait until the mentioned time and update us if the verification will go through or if you will still be on the same place.

Would it be possible to update us ?
