When exactly have you requested the withdrawal, please, and is your account fully verified at this casino? What was the reason for blocking your account?

Yes fully verified. They deactivate me after I requested the money THEY SAID would be ready in 24 hours at 325. I set an alarm. I really believed them but it was a stupid bot. Then their live agent deactivated my account and now I have no idea where the money is. I got a proper deposit in Apr so I don't understand why.

Did the casino send you any explanation by email, perhaps? Try to check the "spam" folder as well, sometimes it can finish there.🤷♀️
