Jeg skriver her, fordi jeg har haft et virkelig alvorligt problem med Platincasino, og jeg spekulerer på, om andre har oplevet noget lignende.
Den 3. juni 2023 indbetalte og tabte jeg €24.000 på deres platform – hvilket bogstaveligt talt var hele min livsopsparing. Efter alt var væk, modtog jeg en automatisk e-mail med følgende tekst:
"Så længe din spillerkonto ikke er blevet verificeret, vil en indbetalingsgrænse blive sat til €150."
Dette beviser, at min konto ikke var bekræftet, og alligevel fik jeg på en eller anden måde lov til at indbetale langt ud over den grænse – 160 gange mere. Ingen stoppede mig, der kom ingen advarsel, og bekræftelsen kom først, efter at alt var tabt.
Jeg har også:
Havde et kendt spilleproblem, nævnt i tidligere samtaler med supporten
Anmodede om en bonus efter at have tabt €6.000, tydeligvis i nød
Foretog aldrig en udbetaling, hvilket burde have givet et rødt flag
Blev aldrig stoppet eller kontrolleret af systemet eller supporten
Jeg har siden erfaret, at en anden spiller havde et lignende problem med ignorering af selvudelukkelse ( link til den lignende sag ), og at han modtog den samme e-mail som mig. Så jeg begynder at tro, at dette er et systemisk problem, ikke en engangsfejl.
Jeg har indgivet en klage til MGA og bedt Casino Guru om at genåbne min gamle klage (ID 90687), som blev lukket, fordi jeg ikke svarede i tide. Men det her er for alvorligt til at give slip på.
Hvis andre har haft problemer med ubekræftede konti, ignorerede grænser eller muligheden for at spille efter selvudelukkelse, så svar venligst. Jeg ville virkelig sætte pris på at vide, at jeg ikke er alene – og måske kan vi hjælpe med at forhindre dette i at ske for andre.

I’m posting here because I’ve had a really serious issue with Platincasino, and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar.
On June 3rd, 2023, I deposited and lost €24,000 on their platform — which was literally all my life savings. After everything was gone, I received an automated email saying:
"As long as your player account has not been verified, a deposit limit will be set to €150."
This proves my account was unverified, and yet I was somehow allowed to deposit way beyond that limit — 160 times more. No one stopped me, no warning came up, and verification only came after everything was lost.
I also:
Had a known gambling problem, mentioned in earlier chats with support
Requested a bonus after losing €6,000, clearly in distress
Never made a withdrawal, which should’ve raised a red flag
Was never stopped or checked by the system or support
I’ve since learned that another player had a similar issue with self-exclusion being ignored (link to the similar case) and received the same email I did. So I’m starting to think this is a systemic problem, not a one-time error.
I’ve filed a complaint with the MGA and asked Casino Guru to reopen my old complaint (ID 90687) which was closed because I didn’t reply in time. But this is too serious to let go.
If anyone else has had issues with unverified accounts, ignored limits, or being able to gamble after self-exclusion, please reply. I’d really appreciate knowing I’m not alone — and maybe we can help stop this from happening to others.
