No, still no joy, 27 business days now they are not replying to emails neither.

chat still works but same reply all the time blaming the financial team and saying they will escalate my complaint it’s just all talk.

😳 that’s quite an amount, I think I’m more annoyed that they keep leading us on instead of coming up with some shitty excuse not to pay out.

i did read somewhere that barge straat 1 has numerous sites operating Illegally something about shadowing genuine sites not sure what that means though

You’re right, hadn’t heard of barge straat 1 before but just looked it up and there’s apparently a bunch of websites using that address and a fake license number.

To be honest, if I look at the casino's safety index, I would probably be rather negative. But I don't want to do that since your experience was that you already got money from here. 

If the security check is supposed to last that long, it doesn't seem very justified to me. 

So I think you opening a complaint is a good move.

Hello, I haven't played in this casino so I can't answer that for you. 

You've been waiting 21 days? If so and they didn't tell you anything relevant, I certainly wouldn't wait any longer and I would also lodge a complaint.
