As the main mediator you claim to be,you should have the voice and tools to contact all game providers or whoever,and notify them of all these corrupt asshole casinos and do something about it! I’m sure you guys have contacts in every department of gaming and authorities,I refuse to believe you can’t help all of us get our money we are owed? How are they allowed to have access to these games if they’re so corrupt???

As you said, we are just mediators between casinos and players, though. So, we, unfortunately, are unable to do anything in such situations. Only the licensing authority and the game providers can control it.

I got a refund from them for my deposits and they closed my account (cancelled my withdrawal) after bimbarding them with escalation emails 🙂
