Hello,

because Kristina has not approved it yet - it is not visible to the public, it's waiting for review.

We do that to make sure that any kind of sensitive information won't be available publically.

Am I assuming correctly, that now you find a way how to respond to the complaint?

You can always access your complaint via your profile, or use this link directly. I wish you a happy ending.🤞

if you need anything else, just let us know. Would be good to mention that we are experiencing an incredibly high amount of submitted complaints from players, sadly as a result the complaint replies may be delayed.
