Hi folks. I realise I’m an idiot for even playing non Gamstop casinos but I relapsed and I did. Anyway, I started playing at this site; and actually made some withdrawals, no issues, verified and got paid within about 24 hours. Then I won over a grand and tried to withdraw it. First issue was I realised the max withdrawal at one time was £500 a day. Then once I tried to withdraw that amount, I’ve been in a forever spiral of verification loop. I’ve provided everything you could possibly imagine and none of it is good enough. I deposited with no bonus and have no restriction on my play or withdrawal. I’ve spent 15 days trying to overcome their verification and today after challenging them, I have been locked out of my account. I have £1000 of completely legitimate winnings that will now probably never see. Please if anyone has the misfortune of being in my position and playing at a non uk site - do not touch this; it’s clearly a scam site. I have 100s of screenshots to prove what I am saying is correct.

Please don’t be too hard on yourself about the relapse. You can still seek support while pursuing the missing payment, and I’d encourage you to avoid further gambling during this dispute.

Fifteen days of repeated verification problems followed by losing access to your account warrants a closer look. Which documents have they rejected, and what reasons did they give? Have they confirmed that your account is blocked, or are you seeing a login error?

I’d recommend submitting a formal complaint so our team can assess the unpaid £1,000 and the account restriction. Keep your screenshots for the complaint, and redact personal information from anything shared publicly.

Also, had you told this casino about your gambling problem before the restriction? That could help clarify why access was removed, although it wouldn’t by itself explain what happened to your balance.
