Complaint being rejected

I’m trying to open a complaint here about how the casino allowed me to open another account after I self excluded. My first complaint was rejected because I didn’t have evidence of the exclusion I have now found the relevant email but when I try to open a new complaint it gets rejected?

I will contact my colleagues from the complaint team regarding this and let them know that you have some new evidence.
