I would like to file a complaint against Legiano Casino regarding a withdrawal issue.
I requested a withdrawal using the same bank card that I have always used to make deposits at Legiano Casino without any problems. However, my withdrawal was rejected because the bank informed me that the card expiration date they were using for the transaction was incorrect.
When I asked Legiano why my withdrawal had been rejected, they told me to contact my bank to find out the reason. I did as they instructed and contacted my bank. After checking my card, the bank confirmed that it is active, that the expiration date is correct, and that there are no issues with it. They also explained that the problem is not on the bank's side, but that the casino appears to have incorrect card details on file, even though it is exactly the same card I have always used to make deposits at Legiano.
In addition, I emailed Legiano more than two days ago to inform them of what my bank had explained and to request a solution, but I have still not received any reply.
I have also contacted their customer support, but the issue remains unresolved. I believe it is unfair that my withdrawal has been rejected because of incorrect card details which, according to the information provided by my bank, appear to be due to an error in the casino's records. Meanwhile, I am still unable to withdraw my money.
I kindly request that Casino Guru investigate this matter and help me resolve this situation so that I can receive my withdrawal as soon as possible.
