Jeg sender en opdatering vedrørende mit uløste tilbagebetalingsproblem med RealSpin.
I august bekræftede RealSpin skriftligt over for mig, at min tilbagebetaling var blevet afsluttet og behandlet, med forventning om, at den ville blive afsluttet snarest. Mere specifikt blev jeg den 26. august informeret om, at tilbagebetalingen var under behandling.
Trods denne bekræftelse blev der ikke modtaget nogen tilbagebetaling.
Siden dengang:
Der er gået over 100 dage uden en løsning
Jeg har kontaktet support@realspin.com gentagne gange siden begyndelsen af september
Jeg indgav to klager over tilsynsmyndighederne, som begge overskred svarfristen på 30 dage uden løsning.
Livechat har konsekvent omdirigeret mig tilbage til support uden mulighed for at eskalere eller håndhæve opfølgning
Vigtigst af alt har RealSpin nu bekræftet via livechat, at tilbagebetalingen har været under behandling siden den 26. august, hvilket er i direkte modstrid med, hvad jeg fik at vide dengang.
Livechat-agenten bekræftede:
At jeg har handlet i god tro
At tilbagebetalingen har været udestående siden den 26. august.
At kun support kan "afslutte og behandle" tilbagebetalingen
At der ikke er nogen mekanisme til livechat for at sikre, at supporten reagerer eller løser problemet
Det betyder:
Tilbagebetalingen blev ikke afsluttet eller behandlet i august, på trods af at den blev angivet som sådan.
Sagen har været uafklaret i over 100 dage
Regulatorisk eskalering og gentagne opfølgninger har ikke ført til handling
Jeg beder ikke om en gennemgang eller fornyet behandling. Tilbagebetalingen blev allerede bekræftet for måneder siden. Jeg beder blot om, at den bliver færdiggjort og behandlet, som oprindeligt angivet.
Jeg deler dette her for gennemsigtighed og hjælp, da alle andre muligheder ikke har ført til en løsning.
I am posting an update regarding my unresolved repayment issue with RealSpin.
In August, RealSpin confirmed to me in writing that my repayment had been finalized and processed, with the expectation that it would be completed shortly. Specifically, I was informed on August 26th that the repayment was being processed.
Despite this confirmation, no repayment was received.
Since that time:
Over 100 days have passed with no resolution
I have contacted support@realspin.com repeatedly since early September
I filed two regulatory complaints, both of which exceeded the 30-day response window without resolution
Live chat has consistently redirected me back to support without any ability to escalate or enforce follow-up
Most importantly, RealSpin has now confirmed via live chat that the repayment has been pending since August 26th, directly contradicting what I was told at the time.
The live chat agent acknowledged:
That I have been acting in good faith
That the repayment has been pending since August 26th
That only support can "finalize and process" the repayment
That there is no mechanism for live chat to ensure support responds or resolves the issue
This means:
The repayment was not finalized or processed in August, despite being represented as such
The case has remained unresolved for over 100 days
Regulatory escalation and repeated follow-ups have not resulted in action
I am not asking for a review or reconsideration. The repayment was already confirmed months ago. I am simply asking for it to be finalized and processed, as originally stated.
I am sharing this here for transparency and assistance, as all other avenues have failed to produce a resolution.
