If you don't mind me stepping in, I briefly read this and your complaint, and to me, it looks like a set of misunderstandings.
We don't fix complaints on the forum, but we try to comfort players who need to keep discussing their issues. Eventually we almost always reach the point when the player simply needs to be patient and respond to every question aside from the forum—in the complaint thread.
To keep the forum well-organized for everyone and to be able to respond to everything you posted without losing track of the context, it is not very practical to start a new thread every time you want to post an update, because, as you can see, you were also unable to keep up with your previous posts. How could we possibly do so? We are always trying to fix this, not just for you, but also for others.
Now that the misunderstanding appears to have been resolved, I can assure you that we are not customer service, and you are not a paying customer. We're just regular people trying to help others.
We respect your choice not to post anything else. Naturally, good luck with the complaint.
Nothing has being resolved so if you don't mind stepping out I have someone dealing with the issue. I reply to what is written as it comes to me. I do not post new threads it's simply a reply.
Hello, this has nothing to do with being right or wrong. I was trying to explain that this is a forum—a public space where anyone, including admins, can respond to your public posts—unlike the complaint thread, which is located in a different area. Not here.
