Why silence my iwild review with the excuse: "oh you have a pending complaint and we feel it's unfair"

This judgement is unfair. I completely stand by my words in that review, my experience was totally as stated and I am the person who should decide weather it's been posted prematurely or not.

I'm sure iwild will get round to processing my withdrawal eventually but eventually is not a high enough standard, and I would have imagined you would have thought the same but perhaps not.

My views are not going to suddenly change and therefore I feel being silenced in this way is siding with the casino rather than the player.

I really enjoy the casino guru site and have reviewd and recommended it to people regularly. I like to think there here for players before casinos and that's why i ask you to reconsider your decision.

I thought this was a place you could voice your opinions on online casinos weather good or bad.

Please let me know your thoughts?

5 days not long I know but there terms and conditions do state: our financial department process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours, so I thought I would get my complaint in quick incase it drags on, if not I will council it.

Have really found iwild casino a hard casino to get on with though gor many reasons deposits, withdrawals, bo reply to emails I sent 5 yesterday not one reply. Just think it's really substandard tbh. Have you played there?

Hi, we don't take your opinion away but we stick to our rules we have for such user reviews. 

The situation could be like this, a player comes in and complains in the user review that he didn't get the money, according to the complaint which ends up being resolved we find out that he waited 3 days. If he doesn't write anything more, then it is unfair for the casino to get such a user review. 

On the other hand, if you had more experience there and the complaint was resolved, it does not mean that we will not accept your user review. We will evaluate what you wrote and the outcome of the complaint with the whole process and decide how we will deal with it based on that. My point is that just because a complaint turns out a certain way doesn't mean we can't accept a user review.

Been playing there years, my opinion won't change like I have said.

Yes, that is true, but not in every case it can end up like that. There have been many cases where players have said okay, the casino did enough for me so I'll give them a better review. Then there were cases like I said in my previous post. 

And since we have procedures for approving user reviews, we will continue to follow them. Try to be patient and it will get to yours. If we made exceptions for one, then we'd have to do it for the others, and the only ones it wouldn't pay off for are us.

Council my complaint as after another day of them not processing my withdrawal at iwild I couciled and lost my winnings, which then led to me getting tilted and winning it back at a propa casino Rolletto, maybe you can let my review stand now. Iwild is no doubt the worst casino I have ever played at by some way. Start to finish disaster. Delay tactics when you finally get a decent withdrawal never happened before that when just withdrawing 100 euro, funny that isn't it. F×××××× joke

Yes lost money at iwild as didn't process my withdrawal for 5 or 6 days and temptation got the better of me, which it wouldn't have if they had stuck to there terms and payed me out on time, if that means I have a case then great if I don't then not to worry.

When you take in to account the rtp of there games, the delay tactics and everything else, I WILD , IS DEFINITELY A BAD CASINO, I can't believe Al the company's at bottom of there page on site saying how honest and great a casino it is, cus it just isn't, simple.

Well, I'm sorry, I think it could have been solved in some way, which is a pity that the temptation was stronger. 

However, you should be aware that many casinos would not process the withdrawal right away, so you might have to wait elsewhere, so if that's the case, I'd recommend not to play.
