I already submitted my documentation to KYC email for verify. They told me to request withdrawal with other method.. but I dont see any other method there .

as I can see the casino officially offers a quite wide selection of payment methods, which makes me feel that you should be able to find one working for you. Do not hesitate to contact the support to consult your choice - it's their job to take care of you after all. Somebody should check your payment history or settings and advise you.
It would also be good to mention, that normally you should withdraw the very same method you used for the deposit.
How many times have you made deposits there and by which payment options, please?

There might be limited withdrawal options for players in Malaysia, but it's not your fault. I assume they accepted your deposits so they should figure out how to send you the winnings.
