am writing this as a final notice regarding my pending verification and withdrawal of 20,00,000 BDT from my account It has been over 21 days since I provided every single document security requested, including:

1. National ID Card

2. Passport

3. Driving License

4. Utility Bill (Electricity)

5. Bank Statement

6. Birth Certificate

7. Selfie with my ID card

Please help me

I have been a user of Paripulse. Previously, I successfully withdrew 2,000 TL and 7,000 TL. However, my withdrawal request of 50,000 TL has been pending for 17 days. Customer support is constantly stalling me with the exact same automated responses, claiming they cannot contact their own finance department. They even sent two ridiculous transactions of 5 TL to mock me. I demand my full payout of 50,000 TL immediately."

Hello. If you have already been waiting 17 days for your money, that is quite a long time.

If the casino has not even given you a general explanation for the delay, I can understand why you might be feeling stressed about the situation.

I can see that you have already had two successful withdrawals, although they were significantly smaller than your current one. It made me wonder whether the withdrawal you currently have pending is within the casino's withdrawal limits, or whether you might have exceeded one of them. I am only asking out of curiosity, just to see if that could potentially be a factor.

Of course, even if you did exceed a withdrawal limit, I still don't think it should take 17 days for the casino to explain what is happening.

I would therefore recommend opening a complaint with us so that our team can take a look at the situation and try to assist you.
