I learned my lesson the hard way unfortunately, like you said their games are good, but they really suck at withdrawals, I originally won $1,100 back in August but their security department kept refusing my documents after documents finally they accepted all my documents in October!!! During that time somehow they deducted over $250 from my winnings so I’m down to $943 don’t know why?? So now I’ve been waiting since October 11th for a wire transfer! That should have only taken 2 weeks, we’re going on 6weeks, maybe planet 7 should concentrate on improving their withdrawal dept and less on moving to a different country! I played on the website Bovada and Ignition Casino and I had won $1,000 and it took them a total of 2 weeks to get my money, I’m going to stick with those 2 websites definitely A+ , don’t know how Planet 7 got a good rating on casino guru, with all their complaints regarding withdrawal system
Hi Daniel their withdrawal system gets a F rating they drag their feet on simple wire transfer they take your money right out of your account but to get your money that department SUCKS!! All they keep saying is they escalate your account, next thing you know it’s 6 weeks later, their security department is worse on accepting your documents to confirm your identity, I won back in August and it’s now almost December!! Totally unacceptable
I simply don't understand how you can run a casino where it takes few months to withdraw winnings. It should be a very simple transaction.
