I am having the same problem. I write to the Live-Chat every day and they have no answer why the financial department has not completed my verification. I also asked for contact to a gaming commission which they are subjected and they will not answer me. They give me their email address VIP@powbet.com

Hello, did the casino tell you any reason why it takes so long and why you haven't completed the verification yet ? Is there something wrong with your documents and have they been rejected or has there been no progress since you sent them ?

Powbet don't keep up their own end of the deal. I had withdrawal issues for month and they did nothing about it until I was able to hire a firm ( hyper capital limited ) who put them under pressure until I got my money back.
