As much as I could conclude there is not much direct information explaining the delay, in such a situation prewritten AI messages are not helpful at all. Since the complaint won't be active sooner than those 14 days pass, I suggest staying in touch to see whether or how the human worker will respond to you. Later we can conclude what we know and discuss the complaint more closely. There's still a fair chance the casino will get to you.

There are warnings posts on here about HNA Gaming, Shinywilds and Vibebet. For the exact reason above. Som1 has done court action against them. Casinoguru complaint process is mostly useless. They aren't an ADR and casinos just ignore them mostly, especially rogue ones.

Hello, thank you for the update. I get that from your perspective the complaints might be useless. On the other hand, the Quaraco license provides no real ADR, so I would consider it free for everyone, helping the community at least to see how things have been developing. Well:
