I lost big winnings from there. They blocked my account without evidence since i tried to withdrawal my winnings. Neither guru or Anjouan gaming license authority didnt help. Account blocking things your only help is better license authority as Anjouan in my experience.

Hello, I checked the associated complaint, and it seems that you did not pass the AML and KYC check. Which is really a major issue preventing the casino from paying the money won. Just as explained in the complaint.

You can think what i feel you and of course especially about casino who took away huge amount without proper reason. They said maybe there are two accounts but without any evidence. All was made-up!
I have played 15 years honestly. Now I will stop. Too much unhonest casinos over internet!
