Oh, thank you very much for asking. Honestly, I have been better.

Morning was fine, but then I learned about a few casinos with which we are having issues due to a high volume of complaints and complicated payouts. Now also with inaccessible websites, that's new. Thank you too. It was a hell of a Friday; shortly after noon, half of my country experienced a blackout—complete mess everywhere. People were stuck in elevators, every electrical feature was down, and phone lines were dead until late afternoon...

Completely understand the situation with Guru team members and it is really appreciated. However casinos are abusing the timeframe and purposely taking their time.

Yes, sometimes that's really the case. But if they have a week to respond, unfortunately they might wait until the very last minute, it's probably best to always expect that.

I'd prefer it if that weren't the case; some casinos respond much sooner, while others wait until absolutely required.
