Hello, I'm not convinced that the casino support will recognize your request here. This is merely a forum.

Are you aware of using any special link for accessing the site or depositing? I agree the rollover is an overkill.

The key issue is not only that the rollover is 119x. The important questions are how the bonus was activated, whether the player clearly agreed to it, and what the terms say happens to the original deposit if the bonus is cancelled.

I would ask support to identify the exact bonus, provide the terms that applied when it was activated, and show where consent was given. I would also request written confirmation of whether forfeiting the bonus would remove only the bonus and related winnings or also affect the original deposit.

Until that is clarified, I would keep screenshots of the balance, bonus history, deposit and support conversation and avoid placing further wagers that could complicate the transaction history.
