Withdrawal been delayed by Vegashero casino

Hello, I'm withdrawal with Vegashero casino has been pending for over 12days now, they keep giving vague responses

This is the response i have been receiving from them for past week with no specific time frame. All the keep saying is the financial department is working on it and my withdrawal is safe.

Yes, based on what I can see, the response is very generic. It basically says that the casino has a large number of withdrawals to process and that you simply need to wait.

You've already been waiting for almost two weeks, so personally I wouldn't consider that ideal. However, I know that casinos can sometimes experience delays like this, and unfortunately there isn't much else you can do besides wait.

As I mentioned before, once the 14-day period has passed, you can open a complaint with us and our team will do their best to help you. As for how much longer the casino will take to process your withdrawal, I really can't say. So I'd recommend being prepared for the possibility that it may take longer, even though I don't think that's an ideal situation.
