Has your account been blocked or are you able to access it, please? The KYC may be in progress I understand you'd like to be sure. In some cases, the verification process may be quite long, but players should always be informed about the progress or complications.
I find it hard to believe that you could be ignored in such a reputable casino.

Thank you for your response. My account is active with money on it. I didn't receive an email from Support of Vulkan Vegas, no spam, no trash, no other folders. When I am trying to reach somebody in the Online Chat same thing, nobody is answering.
At online chat just now they answered like this: " I have forwarded your request to our department. Our specialists will try to process your request as soon as possible. It takes from a few hours to several days to verify documents. We will notify you via e-mail when it would be done. " That's all.

it is a good sign I'd say. Live chat can't deal with your request directly, so it's good that people who process the verification will be notified.
I can imagine that you may feel like it's just some sort of automatic reaction they give to the waiting player but it's better than being ignored.
Please be patient, as I said before other players have the same problem now so it will take some time.

Finally they verified and everything is good and now they are rejecting my withdrawal request.. OMG....
I don't know but this is a non-sense. Why would I play here and deposit money if they are not giving anything back? And no reason for rejection?
Today they are telling same thing as yesterday. " Thank you for waiting. Your withdrawal was cancelled for technical reasons. It needs to be recreated. "
