use vpn and try location that casino allows.

Considering this to be an edge situation, I would also try the VPN.
I'm just wondering whether the issue is caused by the site limitation. I usually get the 403 error when my IP is blocked. Anyway, I'll try to access the site using Australia as my country of residence.
