Captain Shark 860x Win Disappeared After “Wallet Error” — Has This Happened to Anyone Else?

A few days ago, I was playing the game Captain Shark by Wazdan. I triggered the bonus round and won 860x my bet. When the bonus round was over, the game crashed and an error message saying "Wallet error" appeared. My winnings were not added to my balance and simply disappeared.

I tried restarting the game, but it loaded as if nothing had happened. The casino said they would contact Wazdan about it, but I haven’t heard anything yet.

Has this happened to anyone else?

In all the years I’ve been playing, I have never experienced anything like this. With other game developers, it can happen that a game crashes, etc., but in my experience, you simply reload the game. At worst, you may have to replay the bonus round, but the winnings are still there. The winnings don’t just disappear.

That is very concerning. I would also expect that, with today’s technology, they would have systems in place to detect something like this quickly so that they can resolve the issue for the player as soon as possible. However, it certainly doesn’t seem to be the case here.

After this experience, I honestly don’t feel very comfortable playing a Wazdan game again.

I see what you mean, I wager. Let me share another perspective for example, because I'm more or less convinced the error you mentioned may not just be on Wazdan's side. The casino may say the matter needs time because the game provider is involved, but it may not be the only part. A wallet is a casino thing if you ask me. But do you know what? Your experience matters the most and it's perfectly ok to feel uncomfortable.

I truly hope the casino is going to explain what comes next and resolve the round or rounds asap.

After looking into it more closely myself, it seems you may actually be right here. It’s quite possible that the issue is actually on BetFriday’s end, but they themselves claim that the issue lies with Wazdan.

I keep getting the same response every time. They blame the game provider and say they aren’t getting any response from them. So I guess that just shows how complicated this whole situation is, which isn’t exactly reassuring.
