What about your money, any progress? I would ask the casino for the transaction ID and then consult with the bank or the payment provider/ e-wallet you used. Or was it a crypto transaction?

Eventually got my money, although they paid it in euros even though my account is in GBP, and as a result I lost money on the currency conversion
