The Tournament Rewards

When we win in the monthly tournament, how many days after the tournament ends will we receive the reward?

Hi. Usually, players receive their tournament prize within around two to three weeks after the tournament ends.

One important part of the process is that the other winners also need to reply to Juraj’s email and confirm their email addresses. Once that is done, it’s mainly a matter of waiting.

Juraj also needs to receive the actual prizes first, whether they are vouchers, GoGift cards, or another type of reward, before he can distribute them to the winners. So this is roughly the timeframe we usually work with.

If it happens to take longer, I apologize in advance. We certainly don’t intend to keep players waiting unnecessarily. If you go beyond this timeframe without receiving your prize, definitely let me know and I’ll try to find out what stage the process is at and give you a more specific update.🙂

That’s not really something that depends on me personally. We have a certain process in place for distributing tournament prizes, and players generally need to allow some time for it.

If it’s a significant problem for you, then of course, once you receive your current prize, you can simply choose not to participate in future tournaments. 🙂
