Hej, jeg har indsendt en udbetalingsanmodning den 7. maj 2025 på 41.000 INR. Udbetalingsstatussen er ændret til udbetalt, men pengene er stadig ikke blevet krediteret bankkontoen. Hi, I have submitted the withdrawal request on May 7th 2025 for the amount of 41000 INR, the withdrawal status changed to paidout but still money not credited to bank account when I asked the customer service team they were keep on sending the copy paste texts messages and they were not able to resolve the issue.
In their platform they said if withdrawal not credited in 24 hours they asked to contact the customer service team but customer service team is having only answer they tell every time when I enquire about my withdrawal.
That response is "Our financial department is looking into it yourfunds will be deposited soon".
Most of the times I'm getting the same answer they don't want to address the customer issues they simply wanted to send repeated messages all the time and ignoring the customer without taking any action
I need a proper response and my withdrawal money.
I have also contacted the support team through the email 2 days ago they were not responding
Seems like they were intensionally holding the customer funds.
I need justice for my money
I have necessary evidences
