I have reviewed multiple similar cases on Trustpilot, where BlueChip.io has used Rules 9 and 10 to close player accounts after winning bets, often without explanation or proof. Unfortunately, my experience has been exactly the same.
Before signing up, I joined BlueChip.io after seeing a positive rating and review on CasinoGuru, which gave the impression that the platform was trustworthy. However, my experience has shown that this rating was completely misleading and false.
In my case, I was accused of violating your terms and engaging in fraudulent activity — which is entirely untrue. I have only one account and have never violated any rules. Despite several requests, your team has not provided any evidence to support these accusations.
I had just signed up recently. Deposits were working smoothly, and when I asked about KYC verification, your support team informed me that I could deposit freely and would only need to submit documents later when withdrawing, if required. However, just three days after joining, when I tried to withdraw my winnings from Crazy Time, my account was suddenly blocked, and I received no explanation or proof of wrongdoing.
I also request CasinoGuru to please demote BlueChip.io’s rating and review, as many players like me might see the positive rating and fall victim to the same unfair practices or potential scam.
I request a transparent review of my case and access to the evidence or reports that led to my account’s closure. If no valid proof is available, I urge you to reinstate my account and release my winnings immediately.
