Hej. Jeg håber, at I kan hjælpe mig med at få casinojax.com til at behandle mine to ventende udbetalinger på 750 CAD + 300 CAD.
Den 7. august anmodede jeg om en udbetaling på 750 CAD. Jeg indbetalte oprindeligt 69 CAD med en 100% indbetalingsbonus. Jeg satsede omkring 2800 CAD for at fuldføre omsætningen af bonussen.
Udbetalingsanmodningen blev foretaget via krypto (Binance), ligesom indbetalingen. Der var ingen andre brugbare udbetalingsmuligheder.
Den 12. august anmodede jeg om en yderligere udbetaling på 300 CAD efter at have vundet 53 CAD i en casinoturnering og gennemført en omsætning på 808 CAD.
KYC er udfyldt og bekræftet af casinoet.
Jeg har ikke brudt nogen bonusvilkår, og casinojax har heller ikke fremsat nogen påstande om, at vilkårene er brudt.
Jeg begyndte at kontakte dem på livechat efter at udbetalinger havde ventet i omkring en uge, og de forsikrede mig om, at udbetalinger ville blive behandlet, og bad mig om tålmodighed, da sådanne udbetalinger blev håndteret manuelt. Jeg kontaktede dem regelmæssigt efter dette, og deres svar var altid det samme, at jeg skulle være tålmodig.
Hen i slutningen af august modtog jeg en e-mail om, at min region ikke længere ville kunne få adgang til deres casino efter den 31. august. De skrev, at jeg skulle sørge for at hæve mine penge inden da. Hvilket jeg selvfølgelig allerede havde anmodet om.
Jeg kontaktede dem dagligt og forklarede, at de skulle behandle mine udbetalingsanmodninger, da jeg ikke ville kunne få adgang til min konto efter den 31. august.
Svaret forblev det samme: Vær tålmodig, og at manuelt behandlede udbetalinger tog tid.
Det er nu tre uger siden, at de blokerede min region, og jeg har lejlighedsvis sendt dem e-mails og bedt dem om at behandle mine udbetalinger. Jeg har fået få svar, udover at kryptoudbetalinger bør behandles umiddelbart efter godkendelse.
Da jeg i øjeblikket rejser i udlandet, åbnede jeg casinojax' hjemmeside og kunne logge på min konto. Mine to udbetalinger afventer stadig... (se vedhæftede skærmbillede fra i dag den 23. september). Den første er nu forsinket med 47 dage...
Jeg er mere eller mindre kommet til den konklusion, at deres casino er et fupnummer, da de ikke behandler mine udbetalinger og slet ikke har nævnt, at der er et problem, udover at det tager tid. Jeg oplevede det samme engang før på bubblesbet.com, så jeg ved, at der findes svindelcasinoer.
Mærkeligt nok hørte jeg fra en ven i Norge, der foretog en udbetaling fra dem lige før regionblock, at den blev behandlet inden for 30 minutter. Og de siger efter næsten to måneder, at jeg skal være tålmodig. Det hele giver ingen mening for mig, og da de behandlede denne anden persons udbetaling lige før regionblock, kan det heller ikke være et komplet fupnummer...
Vedhæftet er også deres svar vedrørende mine udbetalinger fra den 7. september for 16 dage siden. Dette var det sidste e-mailsvar, jeg har fået fra dem.
Hjælp mig venligst med at løse dette. Jeg rejser tilbage til Norge om to dage og vil derefter ikke kunne logge ind på deres hjemmeside igen.

On August 7th I made a withdrawal request of 750 CAD. I initially made 69 CAD deposit with 100% deposit bonus. I wagered around 2800 CAD to complete wagering attached to the bonus.
The withdrawal request was made via crypto (binance), as was deposit. There were no other viable withdrawal options.
On August 12th I made an additional withdrawal request of 300 CAD after winning 53 CAD in casino tournament and completing wagering of 808 CAD.
KYC is completed and confirmed by casino.
I did not break any bonus terms, nor has casinojax made any claims that terms are broken.
I started contacting them on livechat after withdrawals had been pending about a week, and they assured me withdrawals would be processed, and asked my patience as such withdrawals were handled manually. I contacted them regularly after this and their answer was always the same, that I needed to be patient.
Towards the end of August I received an email that my region would no longer be able to access their casino after August 31st. They wrote I needed to make sure to withdraw my funds by then. Which I of course already had requested.
I contacted them daily and explained that they needed to process my withdrawal requests, as I would not be able to access my account after August 31st.
Answer remained the same: Be patient and that manually processed withdrawals took time.
It has now been three weeks since they blocked my region and I have occasionally emailed them, requesting that they process my withdrawals. I have received few answers, other than that cryptowithdrawals should be processed immediately after approval.
As I am currently travelling abroad, I opened casinojax webpage and was able to log on to my account. My two withdrawals are still pending... (see attached screenshot from today 23rd September).The first of which has now delayed 47 days...
I have more or less concluded that their casino is a scam, as they dont process my withdrawals and have not at all mentioned there is a problem, other than that it takes time. I experienced the same thing once before at bubblesbet.com, so I know there are fraudulent casinos around.
Strangely, I heard from a friend in Norway who made a withdrawal from them just before regionblock, that it was processed within 30 minutes. And they tell me after almost two months to be patient. The whole thing makes no sense to me, and as they processed this other persons withdrawal just before regionblock, it cant be a total scam either...
Also attached, their response regarding my withdrawals from 7th September, 16 days ago. This was the last email response I have got from them.
Please help me resolve this. I am travelling back to Norway in two days and will then not be able to logon to their website again.
