However this all changed after I had a Big win.
I was lucky enough to Win and get my balance to $12,000. I was able to successfully Withdraw $2500 twice which each took one week to processes , that was an acceptable time frame and I was happy.
My balance was now $7000 and I had not placed any bets or played my account since requesting the first withdrawal.
This is when the casino started using delay tactics to delay my withdrawal and lies started.

My third withdrawal of $2500 was requested.
30th of June
I logged in to withdraw again as it was usually paid by then and I requested two withdrawals one for $2500 and one for $2000 reducing the balance in my account to $0
When I realised my Withdrawal from the 23rd of July had still not been processed i requested help from support. They informed me that my withdrawal was going through an internal review and I will me emailed more information once its done, they were unable to provide a time frame.
7th of July
I logged into support and requested an update, I was emailed and told that they checked with their processing team, and my Bitcoin withdrawal is still under review at this time. Unfortunately, we haven’t received a new update yet.

once again I went into support and requested an update as it had been 16 days since I requested the withdrawal, I was told in chat that it would take 48hours until I was updated. I also received an email saying I would be updated in 48hours however they called me Julian which is not my name.
Since this date the casinos has failed to reply to any emails and all communication was done through the casinos support chat.

48 hours later i still had no update so I went into support chat and spoke with Naomi, she agreed that I was absolutely right to expect timely and transparent communication, and that they had not met that standard. I was told I would have and that I would get an update that day.

The next day I still had not received an update so I spoke to Justine who said Monday I should receive an update.
14th July
I have still not received any emails with an update or anyone responding to my emails. so I went into chat and asked form information about my withdrawals once again. To my relief they said my withdrawal from the 23rd would be processed on Monday but they had no information about my withdrawals form the 30th of June.
15th of July
This was when the biggest blow of all came, I logged in and my withdrawal had been retuned back to my balance after waiting 22days
They said I had entered an invalid BTC address so the funds were retuned , this is a lie as I always copy and paste and use the same BTC as the successful first withdrawals, I was also told my other withdrawals from the 30th of June are now under management review even though these are all from the same balance only reason they are separate is because of the $2500 max withdrawal.
I now have to re- withdraw the original $2500 I requested 22 days ago and my other withdrawals are being delayed with no communication from the casino or a time line.
I believe the casino is purposely delaying my withdrawals in hope of my spending the money instead of withdrawing.
I feel the constant inconsistency on time frames as been given false information makes this an unsafe gaming enviroment for players.
Please help me get my $7000 out of this casino.
