I have a level one verification at the moment.
After creating the account i filled 1st level, also contacted their chat support to learn about the limits of the deposits and withdrawals.
Support told me there was no real need to have upper levels verified so i just completed first level.
I completed it as soon as i opened my account,

Last time i contacted their support was yesterday, so 17 april 2025 around 21:10 utc. The subject was not being able to withdraw my funds. I already sent you the whole conversation.
Because of aml rules i went immediately to complete the first level of verification. Before even depositing so the platform knows the user and hopefully wont cause trouble in the future for withdrawal.
