I was notified around June 22 that my winnings were not going to be awarded due to the fact that: "Following a recent review, it was determined that multiple accounts were created under your details, which constitutes a breach of our platform's policies. As a result, your account balance has been adjusted, and any pending payments have been voided." Needless to say I was utterly appalled.
