Glemte udbetalinger – separat klage mod MostBet

Jeg vil gerne indsende en ny klage vedrørende et separat problem, der utilsigtet blev udeladt i min tidligere klage over MostBet.
Tidligere hjalp Casino Guru mig med min klage vedrørende 8 manglende udbetalinger på i alt 17.345 EGP. I den sag krævede MostBet gentagne gange et officielt stemplet dokument fra min mobile tegnebogsudbyder, der beviste, at pengene ikke var blevet modtaget.
Efter omfattende kommunikation med udbyderen af tegnebogen stod det klart, at et sådant dokument simpelthen ikke eksisterer og ikke kan udstedes. På trods af dette fortsatte MostBet med at insistere på at anmode om det i stedet for at foretage en ordentlig betalingsopsporing.
Til sidst løste MostBet klagen ved at returnere de omstridte midler til min spillekonto uden at jeg nogensinde fremlagde dokumentet, hvilket beviste, at det anmodede dokument faktisk aldrig var nødvendigt for at løse sagen.
Desværre har jeg nu opdaget endnu en separat sag, som utilsigtet blev glemt under den forrige klage.

Forgotten Withdrawals – Separate Complaint Against MostBet
Dear Casino Guru Team,
I would like to submit a new complaint regarding a separate issue that was unintentionally left out of my previous complaint against MostBet.
Previously, Casino Guru helped me with my complaint concerning 8 missing withdrawals totaling 17,345 EGP. During that case, MostBet repeatedly demanded an official stamped document from my mobile wallet provider proving that the money had not been received.
After extensive communication with the wallet provider, it became clear that such a document simply does not exist and cannot be issued. Despite that, MostBet continued insisting on requesting it instead of conducting a proper payment trace.
Eventually, MostBet resolved that complaint by returning the disputed funds to my gaming balance without me ever providing that document, proving that the requested document was never actually necessary to resolve the case.
Unfortunately, I have now discovered another separate case that was unintentionally forgotten during the previous complaint.
The unresolved withdrawals are:

When I contacted MostBet regarding these withdrawals, I was once again asked to provide the same non-existent document from my wallet provider, despite the previous complaint already proving that this requirement is impossible to fulfill.
More than two months have now passed without any resolution.
I respectfully ask Casino Guru to investigate this forgotten case and assist me in obtaining either:
- successful payment of these withdrawals, or
- the return of the funds to my MostBet account.
