Jeg har spillet på dette casino i nok omkring et år nu.
Jeg har tabt mange gange på dette casino, og jeg tror, at jeg den 8. februar indbetalte €200,00 og prøvede lykken igen. Jeg spiller 99% af tiden kun live blackjack, og med disse €200,00 spillede jeg kun live blackjack, og det er derfra, mine gevinster kom.
Jeg spillede i en uge og vandt stort, og det var kun kontant (ingen bonus).
Min første manager, Vicky, som ALTID har været min manager, siden jeg begyndte at spille, var meget hjælpsom i starten, og mine udbetalinger blev behandlet. Hun formåede endda at tillade en stor udbetaling på €3000,00 den 16. februar. Mine udbetalinger blev blokeret, og jeg kontaktede Vicky, og hun var fri i 5 dage, men jeg indsendte stadig mine dokumenter. I den periode var hun fri. En anden VIP-manager hos Spybet tilbød en kampagne, hvor de forsøgte at få mig til at spille videre, mens min konto var under verifikation. Jeg ville satse et massivt beløb på 2 dage, og når det var færdigt, ville jeg kunne foretage en udbetaling på €3000,00, uanset om jeg tabte alle mine penge. Jeg benyttede mig ikke af dette tilbud.
Jeg informerede dem om, at jeg først ville have min konto verificeret, før jeg accepterede tilbud og spillede igen. Den 27. februar (11 dage efter verificeringen startede), efter frem og tilbage med at indsende dokumenter, og de enten ikke var tilfredse med det eller bad om nye dokumenter, sagde Vicky, at hun havde forklaret teamet situationen og bedt om en undtagelse for at give dig mere tid til verificeringen. Hun bad dem om at behandle din nuværende udbetaling og tillade udbetalinger generelt. På det tidspunkt var der kun 2 udestående dokumenter, der skulle verificeres, nemlig min kontoudtog fra 16. januar til 16. februar og bevis på debetkort for- og bagside (jeg har tidligere forklaret dem, at mit kort var mistet, og at jeg har fået det erstattet, og jeg har kun et forsidebillede i mit galleri af mit mistede kort, som blev brugt på casinoet, og jeg sendte det til dem), men de anmodede om det igen.
Så pludselig kunne jeg hæve igen, og Vicky gav mig IGEN det samme tilbud, som den anden person gav mig, for at prøve at få mig til at spille, men jeg fortalte hende igen, at jeg ville føle mig mere tryg ved at få min konto verificeret først. Så et par udbetalinger lykkedes, og den 8. marts bad jeg Vicky om at behandle min udbetaling og undersøge, om de igen kunne tilbyde en engangsudbetaling, der var større end sidste gang. Hun svarede den 9. og sagde, at hun var ude af stand til det, men ville anmode om det og se i morgen, hvad de svarer. Og den 10. marts faldt mit VIP-niveau pludselig fra niveau 3, 12% til niveau 1, 0%, mine udbetalinger blev blokeret, og verifikationer var påkrævet igen.
Jeg har indsendt de 2 nødvendige dokumenter, men denne gang med et brev, der forklarer, at mit kort er mistet, og at jeg har et nyt kort. Efter adskillige opfølgninger fik jeg kun ingen opdatering om mine verifikationer.
Den 16. marts sagde Vicky, at hun ville give mig besked, når hun har en opdatering på min bekræftelse kl. 12:47. Jeg svarede også inden for få sekunder kl. 12:47 og spurgte hende, hvad hendes arbejdsplan ville være, men modtog ikke noget svar. Senere samme eftermiddag sendte jeg hende en besked igen og bad om en opdatering, og beskeden indeholdt kun ét kryds. Jeg sendte opfølgende e-mails, bare for senere at finde ud af, at hun tilsyneladende nu arbejder for en anden afdeling, og at jeg får en ny VIP-manager.
Den 24. marts modtog jeg min nye manager, Amelia, som altid bare fortæller mig, at der ikke er nogen opdatering på mine verifikationer. Da jeg lavede en anmeldelse på Casino Guru, blev mine 2 dokumenter gennemgået, og de anmodede om bevis for min annullering af mit bankkort, og jeg gav dem en officiel e-mail/brev fra banken med ALLE oplysninger om det, og indsendte det den 23. marts, og siden da er der ikke sket nogen bevægelse på min verifikation. Jeg har ikke modtaget noget svar eller kommunikation efter at have sendt e-mails og WhatsApp, og livechat er ikke til megen hjælp.

I have been playing at this casino for probably about a year now.
i have lost a lot of times at this casino and i think on the 8th of February i have deposited a €200.00 and tried my luck again. I play 99% of the time only live blackjack and with this €200.00 i only played live blackjack and that is where my winnings came from.
I played for a week and won big and it was cash only(no bonus).
My first manager Vicky, who has ALWAYS been my manager since started playing was very helpful at the start and my withdrawals was processed and she even managed to allow one big withdrawal of €3000.00 on the 16th of February my withdrawals were blocked and i reached out to vicky and she was off for 5 days, but i still submitted my documents in that time that she was off another vip manager at spybet offered some promotion where they tried to get me to play futher while my account was under verification to wagering a massive amount in 2 days and once completed i will be able to make a withdrawal of €3000.00 regardless if i loose all my money. I did not avail of this offer.
i informed them that i would first like my account to be verified before taking up any offers and play again. On the 27th of February(11 days after verification started) after back and forth with submitting documents and they either not happy with it or requesting new documents, Vicky said that she has explained the team the situation and asked for exception to give you more time on the verification and asked them to process your current withdrawal and allow withdrawals in general At the time there was only 2 x documents outstanding to be verified, which was my bank statement from 16 January to 16 February and proof of Debit card front and back( i have explained to them previously that my card was lost and had it replaced and i only have a front photo in my gallery of my lost card which was used at the casino and i did send it to them), but they requested it again.
so all of a sudden i was able to withdraw again and Vicky provided me AGAIN with the same offer the other person made to me to try and get me to play, but i told her again that i would feel more comfortable to have my account verified first. So a couple of withdrawals was successful and on the 8th of March i requested to Vicky to process my withdrawal please and to look into if they again can provide a once off bigger withdrawal as the previous time, she replied on the 9th and said she if off, but will request and have a look tomorrow what they answer and on the 10th of March, my VIP level suddenly dropped from level 3, 12% to level 1, 0%, my Withdrawals was blocked and verifications was required again.
i have submitted those 2 x requiring document, but this time with a letter explaining my card that is lost and i have a new card, after numerous follow-ups all i got was there is no update on my verifications.
on the 16th of March Vicky said will let me know once she has an update on my verification at 12:47, i replied within seconds also at 12:47, asking her what will be her working schedule and did not receive a reply, later that afternoon i message her again requesting for an update and the message only had one Tick, i have send follow up emails just to find out later that apparently she is now working for a different department and i will get a new VIP manager.
on the 24th of March i received my new manager, Amelia, which always just tell me there is no update on my verifications. When i made a review on casino guru my 2 x documents has been looked at and they requested proof of my cancellation of my bank card and i provided them with an official email/letter from the bank with ALL information on it and submitted it on the 23rd of March and since then there is no movement on my verification i have not received any response or communication after sending emails and watsapps and live chat is not much of help.
