The casino has shared documentation showing that the account closure and confiscation of bonus-related winnings were carried out in line with their Terms and Conditions. Based on the information available to us, we were not able to identify that the rules were applied incorrectly or unfairly in your case.
While you maintain that this was your first registration, the casino’s internal records were sufficient, under their rules, to justify the action taken. As mediators, our role is to assess whether the casino followed its own stated terms, and in this instance, the evidence supports their position.
We understand that this outcome is disappointing, especially given the amount involved. However, since the casino acted within its Terms and Conditions, we are unable to request or enforce a payout.
