This casion disabled my withdraw for over a month now. After I won on Mystery Reels Megaways from RedTiger provider I tried to withdraw my money. They immediately disabled withdrawals with message: "Withdrawal isn’t possible
Your previous bets are being reviewed by game or sport provider to ensure the fair play. You can withdraw again once review is completed"
Once I have contacted them on support email. They said that this is normal procedure and that I have to wait around 14 days. 14 days have passed and nothing happened. On online chat they said that this is not their process but providers and that they cannot do anything about it and that I have to wait.
After few emails where they claimed there is no specific timeline for this, they gave me timeline and said that process of review can take UP TO 30 days now...
Few days before this ridiculous review should end I have send them another email that I doubt anything will happen after 30 days on what they said that I have to wait and they will keep what they said and basically on July 20 review ends.
Nothing happened either. Today is day 31 and I am loosing my patient.
Please, do something about this. They are holding my assets illegaly. They have stopped writing back on support email.
