* Withdrawals can take up to 12 business days at the absolute latest. Your withdrawal was requested on June 30th, and was reversed and played down 2 days later, before even providing any account verification to allow the withdrawal to start processing
* "Would not pay out on bonus win if no deposit in past week" - Simply not true at all.
* As for the double charge, we see nothing indicating that on our end. Please email our support box with the details so we can further look into it
