I have been chasing for cash out funds for almost 9 days and made several cakes and every time I was given different info they never initiated any form of communication through email example if they need any docs for verification I had ti call them up then they emailed for ID’s 3 days they’ve asked for different id or form of docs instead of all at once still no funds back very bad communications specially from payment teams other than people who pick up calls are very polite and helpful but they can help you any further I will not play them again and take my business else where
