Withdrawal used up be within 4 hours. 36 hours later and my withdrawal is "completed" but no money has entered my account. Can't get in touch with any actual CSO. Just a bot. Can't get any clarification.
This is ridiculous. Owned by the same company as pokies.net but I've had no issue with withdrawals there.
Also the removal of using pay i.d to deposit is a terrible idea.
