Just an absolute nightmare receiving my winnings. 4 times now I've had my withdrawal request rejected due to "technical issues" then they cancel the withdrawal request instead of perhaps just trying again! Each time you have to wait 36 hours for them to attempt the payment to your card, just an absolute nightmare! So I've been waiting nearly a week and no idea how long I'm going to have to wait! Pointless complaing as basically told nothing can be done. I've never experienced anything like it. Avoid like the plague!
Ps the only option available for your withdrawal is a mastercard payment.
