Ok idk, hvordan dette casino fik en høj vurdering, men det skal ændres ASAP!!! lang historie kort, jeg går i gang med mit andet at vente på min tilbagetrækning🤦🏾 og jeg føler, at de har givet mig løbet rundt, og de virker risikable, først sagde de, at der er gået vent t 5 dage, og så gjorde jeg og videre den 7. dag slog jeg dem op om min hævning, og de sagde, at den stadig behandles, og så spurgte jeg, om det er muligt at annullere min hævning? Og de sagde nej, fordi det er midt i at blive behandlet til mig, og at de har gjort deres del, og det er ude af deres hænder, og at jeg skal vente på min bank, og så giver jeg den yderligere 5 dage og stadig ingenting og tonite er det her, tingene bliver interessante, så jeg hoppede på livechatten og spurgte, hvad der skete med min tilbagetrækning? Og samme svar som altid, det behandles stadig, og at ventetiden kan være længere, så jeg svarede tilbage og sagde, at det var derfor, jeg ville annullere min tilbagetrækning i første omgang, fordi jeg vidste, at det ville tage lang tid igen, og deres svar var ("hvis du gerne vil annullere din udbetaling kan jeg sende en anmodning til finansafdelingen") HVAD?!!!! efter at have fortalt mig 5 dage før, at den ikke kan annulleres eller ændres, mens den er midt i behandlingen? Og hendes svar var ("ja det er korrekt, men fordi behandlingen stadig er i vores økonomiafdeling, kan den annulleres")🤦🏾🤬
Ok idk how this casino got a high rating but that needs to change ASAP!!! long story short I'm going on my second of waiting for my withdrawal🤦🏾 and I feel like they've been giving me the run around and they seem dodgy, first they said wait t 5 days has passed and so I did and on the 7th day I hit them up about my withdrawal and they said it's still processing and so I asked if it's possible to cancel my withdrawal? And they said no because it's in the middle of being processed over to me and that they've done their part and it's out of their hands and that i have to wait for my bank and so I give it another 5 days and still nothing and tonite this is where things get interesting so I jumped on the live chat and asked whats happened with my withdrawal? And same answer as always it's still being processed and that the waiting time might be longer, so I responded back and said this is why I wanted to cancel my withdrawal in the first place cause I knew it was gona take long again and the their respond was ("if you would like to cancel your withdrawal I can send a request to the financial department") WHAT?!!!! after telling me 5 days before that it can't be canceled or changed whilst in the middle of processing? And her respond was ("yes that's correct but because the processing is still within our financial department it can be canceled")🤦🏾🤬
