Yes I understand what you're saying, so as you mentioned, if he had no idea that you'd done anything wrong I'd definitely file a complaint. I think the casino should have a relevant response in situations like this, so at the very least maybe our team will find out, if you go for it.

Hi, you couldn't submit a user review because it was the holidays and our mode for submitting them was to avoid receiving too many of them. Everything should be working normally now. 

As for the complaint, you still can't submit it ? Do you have a specific problem with this casino ?

the casino solved my problem in a good manner .truly there are some good casinos out there who do care for players .
