Hello everyone,


Has anyone had problems with 1000 spins casino? I made a withdrawal on 12th Feb, I was told it takes 7-21 days to process and still nothing! I have spoken to them on live chat multiple times but feel their answers are very robotic. My withdrawal is for £600. No response when emailing at all. Really hoping it is just delayed and I've not been scammed again.

Hi, we give casinos 14 days to send the money to the player. So I’d try waiting until around that time, and if nothing happens, submit a complaint. I’m not saying it’s guaranteed to help, because the casino already has a low safety rating and I’d probably expect more problems.

But let’s not paint the devil on the wall, let’s wait and see what happens, maybe it’ll turn out okay in the end. 

Anyway, what did they tell you about your withdrawal except of waiting time?

It's been over a month already. I received an email back this morning saying they have a high volume of withdrawals at the moment which is why there's delays. I will give it two more weeks then make a complaint. Thank you

So if it’s been over a month, then definitely don’t wait, file a complaint with us. I don’t think it should take this long, and unless they have another explanation besides the fact that they have a long queue, that’s not what I want to hear.

As for a chargeback, that’s probably the last thing I’d do if there were no other options left. A chargeback might not go over well if you want to play at casinos, and the payment provider might not be too happy about it either.

But if nothing else works out, it’s an option.
