I am very old customer the bonuses is offered every week.
I have used one of the bonus while depositing 5k deposit 2k bonus and i have wagered and won more than 50k I am a vip player many times and still lost lakhs for mere 50k they closed my account.
Here is my username sonusu7842 they refunded me only 5k the deposit amount.

So you were playing with a bonus, we've already learned that. Did you get any email from them why this situation happened and they only refunded your deposit? That is also quite important to know.

They mentioned term and condition with rule 14 and they closed my account.
I have seen many users in 10cric they wont pay wining so looks like a scam .
