Based on my experience, I strongly recommend not using 1XBIT if you value access to your funds and reliable support.

1XBIT customer for over 4 years


Account registered


Account contained funds


Lost access due to a password reset issue


Password reset emails are not delivered to my Hotmail inbox


What support did


Live chat instructed me to contact support from a Gmail address


I followed their instructions


Support then changed their position several times:


Gmail accepted → then rejected


Claimed the Gmail was linked to another account


This contradicted their own live chat and platform rules


I offered full ownership verification, including:


TXIDs


wallet addresses


deposit history


screenshots of previous emails from 1XBIT


Outcome


No verification was requested


No recovery option was offered


Emails stopped being answered entirely


Account remains inaccessible


Funds remain unavailable


Conclusion


This is not a technical issue — it is lack of assistance and silence when funds are involved.


I am posting this so others can decide before depositing.

Based on this experience, I strongly recommend avoiding 1XBIT.


I am still open to resolving this if 1XBIT decides to finally engage constructively.
