Yes sir last time also my account was restricted and winning money given but that time customer care mail also available and live chat support also working condition but this time no mail reply and unable to contact customer


This is the my worry point


As well as last time not taken morethan 10 days approval of withdrawal request but this time already 13 days is over still waiting for approval only


And I have seen many players complaining same account restricted and winning amount not credited


So try to avoid this repeat again any player

I initially requested a withdrawal, which remained pending for more than 14 days without any progress. After waiting patiently, I cancelled that request and tried withdrawing smaller amounts to see if the issue would be resolved. However, even very small withdrawals are still showing as "Pending" even after more than 48 hours.

This clearly does not appear to be a normal delay. I have observed that other users are receiving their withdrawals within a few hours, while in my case, every request is consistently delayed. This strongly suggests that my account has been specifically restricted from processing withdrawals.

Additionally, the platform has been changing domains and redirecting users to different websites and applications. This creates serious concerns about transparency and reliability. There is also no proper customer support available, and I have not received any meaningful response regarding my issue.

At this stage, it appears that the platform is intentionally holding my funds and not allowing withdrawals to be processed.

I kindly request you to escalate this case further and take appropriate action, as I am unable to recover my funds through normal channels.

I’d say I wouldn’t recommend canceling your withdrawals, because you’ll just end up delaying the processing of your withdrawals even further. And that’s completely unnecessary. I understand that waiting is unpleasant and that everyone wants their money as soon as possible. But sometimes it’s good to be patient. Our team is doing everything they can, but they need time too.

On the contrary, I don't think your account is restricted when it comes to withdrawals, because if that were the case, you wouldn't be able to make those small withdrawals and you basically wouldn't be able to do any of them. 

The fact that you canceled one and made several smaller ones doesn't guarantee success or that they'll arrive any faster. As I said, you’ve just extended the time it will take to receive the funds, because the timer resets when you submit a new withdrawal request. You should have left the one you had active, but it doesn’t matter now.

Yes, you waited as long as necessary, but none of us said that after that time you had to cancel the withdrawal. That’s the time we give casinos to pay out the player. So basically, you extended the deadline yourself. But that’s okay; we’ll see how things go from here.
