I'm really sorry to hear that. It's sad that the casinos we're trying to contact aren't responding and aren't doing anything about it. I wish there was more we could do, but unfortunately, in this case, there isn't.

But there's definitely one lesson to be learned from situations like this, and that is: always check and make sure you know where you're putting your money. Whether it’s a casino or anything else. Whether it’s a verified site, whether players often have problems there, and so on.

I would like to share my experience and seek advice regarding an online casino platform.

I requested a withdrawal on April 30, and even after waiting for more than 30 days, the withdrawal has not been processed. Initially, I waited for the recommended period, but there was no progress.

Later, I tried cancelling the request and submitted smaller withdrawal amounts, but even very small amounts are still pending for more than 48 hours.

My account is verified, but it shows as restricted, and there is no proper response from customer support. I have also noticed that the platform has been changing domains and adding different wallet types, which is quite confusing.

Despite multiple attempts and patience, I have not received any funds.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? Is there any possible way to resolve this or recover the money?

Hello, just as was discussed in this thread the casio adly applies something we call a "no reply" policy to players' complaints. The whole situation has been described and shared here on the forum, and addressed at least by the mediator in the complaint. I'm sorry, but there is nothing else we can do.

As far as I can conclude, the casino is not licensed, which technically means that they can do anything. Things would be different if the casino were licensed under a strong license.

Based on the way you deposited, you can at least, based on your county-specific options, ask the payment provider for a chargeback. However, it still carries a certain risk of penalties for future registration in casinos.

One way or another, this was truly an unlucky experience. 🙁

Recently, I noticed that a USDT (crypto) account has been added to my profile, and the balance in that account is increasing on a daily basis. This is happening even though I have not played any games, placed any bets, or shared any referral link with anyone.

Additionally, I have received something labeled as a "reference bonus," even though I have never referred this platform to anyone.

This behavior seems unusual and raises serious concerns about the credibility of the platform, as the balance is increasing without any user activity or valid reason.

I would like to share my complete experience regarding an issue I am facing with an online casino platform (24betting), and I am seeking your advice.

I made multiple deposits to this platform using UPI (Paytm), with individual transactions ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹40,000, totaling more than ₹10 lakhs.

On April 30, I placed a withdrawal request. However, even after waiting for more than 14 days (as generally recommended), there was no progress. Based on that, I cancelled the withdrawal and tried smaller amounts, but even very small withdrawals (₹1,000 – ₹5,000) are still pending for more than 48 hours.

As of today (more than 30 days), not a single withdrawal has been successfully processed.

My account is verified, but it is showing as "restricted," and there is no proper response from customer support. The platform has also been changing domains (for example, redirecting from 24betting to other domains), which raises further concerns.

Additionally, I noticed very unusual behavior in my account:

I have already raised a complaint with Casino Guru, but the case was closed as "unresolved" due to the casino’s "no response policy."

I have also initiated a complaint through my payment provider (NPCI/UPI), but I would like to know:

Is there any other way to recover funds in such cases?

What does it mean when balance increases without activity?

That really is strange. The more you talk about it, the stranger it seems to me, and I think I’d probably leave this casino for good. We can’t help any more than what I or Radka have already said. The only chance is probably to get your deposits back via a chargeback, as Radka said, but it’s mentioned that there’s some risk involved.

That’s all that can be done.

I won’t be at this casino anymore.
