Thank you for the reply, experts. Here is the latest update on my case. I have attached the screenshots showing my active balance of ₹11,46,827 with a pending withdrawal.The 24betting support team is continuously closing my tickets under the label of "Management Decision" without conducting any fair review. I also found that they are registered under the Government of Costa Rica, which is why they are ignoring third-party complaints.Since CasinoGuru has closed my case as unresolved due to the site's non-cooperation, what are my legal options now? Can I complain directly to the Costa Rica authorities, or is there any other mediator who can force them to respond? Please guide me

Update: The support team is fooling me. They are showing an automated message saying 'waiting in queue' since April 30th (for nearly 5 months). They have completely scammed my ₹11.4 Lakhs and are running an exit scam on Indian users. Do not trust this casino!

I’m afraid there may not be much help available from another authority either if the casino doesn’t actually hold a valid gambling licence. In that case, there may simply be no regulator you can turn to for this particular dispute.

That’s also why it’s always worth checking this kind of information before depositing anywhere. With such a low Safety Index, several warnings, and a history of not responding to player complaints, this is the kind of casino I would personally be very cautious about.

One thing I would separate from all of this, though, is the casino’s lack of communication. I wouldn’t blame that on Costa Rica or on whatever licensing information they mention. We deal with plenty of casinos connected to Costa Rica that still communicate with us and try to resolve player complaints.

In this case, the casino simply seems unwilling to address these issues, and unfortunately I’m not very optimistic that there will be another effective route to force a resolution.
