Hi need some help so I won on 7 gold casino I sent all verification info in and made a deposit via bank transfer I sent all photo ID bank statements a it has the transaction from my bank to my game account. I got a email asking for proof off deposit but the transaction is clearly on my bank statement so they can see it was from my bank. So I highlighted it for them and sent them a screen shot of the fast payment transaction but yet they have not even got back to me with an update. I got told the person in verification is new to the company but it seems I get different story’s each day why my account has not been verified yet and this means I can’t even make my withdrawal. Seems very easy to deposit but very hard to get my winnings can anyone help

Thank you it’s frustrating as I sent all the documents they needed but yet email asking for me for the same thing my bank statement showed the transaction from my account to the game account they already had that so why ask for it again that’s literally the only document they asked for since then nothing.
