How long has it been since you didn't get your withdrawal ? Additionally, is there any reason why the casino blocked and banned you ?

3 days now and blocked and banned me because I sent them a bunch of messages and didn’t like the way I talked to them after ignoring me and leaving me on read for 2 days after they told me one I forwarded them an email they would push my withdrawal through. And they told me " you did absolutely nothing for this money, are you that desperate?"

What about the multiple account topic mentioned in the print screen you sent to the complaint thread?

Are you aware of a breach of this rule? It sounds more like a reason for account closure than being persistent or rude. What do you think?

I do not have multiple accounts that’s what they said at first then they tried to say it was because I used a vpn which I also did not use and I’ve looked all over the internet and it seems this casino tells everyone they are using multiple accounts and are a scam

Hi, you can write it as a normal post and you don't have to write it in the translator and put the printscreens here. 

As for your problem with the withdrawal, did you try to write to the live chat and what could be the problem if they don't answer the emails ? Do you have a fully verified account when you say you haven't made a withdrawal in the casino yet because if you haven't it is quite possible that you will have to go through this process first. How long has the situation been going on? Please let me know.
